Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, or peak shopping seasons.

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Select international destinations (availability shown at checkout)

If your location is not supported, you will be notified at checkout.


📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to:

Return & Refund Policy

🛍 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return

Bella Rue is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items

  • Subscription refill shipments already processed


🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue
