Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note:

During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.
Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Shipping times vary depending on your location:

United States:
Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after shipment. -
International Orders:
Estimated delivery within 7–20 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Bella Rue is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Bella Rue is not responsible for:

Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

Packages marked as delivered but not received (please contact the carrier directly)
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery notification so we can assist you.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.
